各位帮帮忙啊 为什么我的EF81连接电脑的时候问题

为什么我的EF81连接电脑的时候 老是出现一些英文啊  
bmc弹出下面的对话框：
出现以下错误：port "Received ERROR form phone failed (win error code:6)
出现以下错误：TabSheet1 ClearCommError function
QPST弹出下面的对话框：
An error occurred while while trying to retrieve the list of subdirectories contained in the directory 'mmc1' on the phone  
error code:(502):unknown error
An error occurred while while trying to retrieve the list of subdirectories contained in the directory 'mmc1' on the phone  
Error code:(256):could not open directory

然后跟住是BMC软件死定住 无法关闭 QPST能运行 但是无法从电脑或者机子传送东西出来和传送东西出去  

不管我用 QPST 还是BMC 都是出现同样的问题 请问是电脑系统的问题还是机子的问题 或者说是机子系统的问题？
想问一下各位到底是怎么回事啊 那个能帮帮忙告诉我一下 是怎么回事？
